Messages

Navigate to Account profile> My Space> Messages

Two types of message notifications are available:

Select the message type by clicking on the drop-down menu.

Notifications:

• The history of all messages that are sent to your mobile application will be displayed here.
• These messages can be viewed by selecting the pen icon next to the relevant message.

Custom:

• The history of all messages that have been added to the Netcash message centre.
• The Message centre is visible on the top right side of the home page.
• A bell icon will be displayed when new messages are available.
• By hovering over the bell icon, you will see a list of current messages, when clicking on a message the full text is displayed with options

Message options:

• View all: All custom messages will be displayed.
• Delete: Select the delete button icon to delete a message.
• Ok: The message notification will be closed.
• Settings: Manage which messages are displayed on your Netcash account by ticking or unticking the boxes next to the relevant categories
• A history of messages will be displayed in your custom messages.
• The messages can be viewed by selecting the pen icon next to the relevant message or alternatively deleted by clicking on the delete button.
