Registration details

The Registration Details section contains the core information used to identify and manage your Netcash account. These details represent your business or organisation’s registered information and form the foundation of your account profile. Keeping this information accurate and up to date helps ensure smooth communication, efficient service delivery, and compliance with account requirements.

Within this section, you can view and maintain the information that was provided when your Netcash account was created. These registration details belong to the account holder and serve as the primary record of your business within the Netcash platform.

It is important to review your registration details regularly to ensure that all information remains current. Accurate client information helps prevent processing delays, ensures important notifications reach the correct recipients, and supports the secure management of your account.

If any of your business information changes, such as company details or contact information, these updates should be reflected in your registration profile to ensure your account records remain correct and up to date. • Account number: Your Netcash account number
• Account name: Your business trading name/Account name on Netcash
• Registered name: Your business registered name
• VAT number: Your business VAT number
• Legal entity: The Type of legal entity your business is
• Registration number: Your business registration number
• Price list: Fee structure that you are on
