Manage mobile app links
The Manage mobile application links provide the details of the system user’s cellphone. The device code and the device name.
- Select Account profile
- Click System users
- Select Manage mobile app links
- Click on the pencil icon to the left of the user that you wish to view.
The details you will be able to view are as per below:
- Device code: This would reflect the name and make of the users’ cellphone
- Device name: This would reflect the make of the cellphone
- Linked: This would be ticked if the cellphone is linked to the mobile app
- Active: This would be ticked if the mobile is active and linked to the Netcash account
