Manage mobile app links

The Manage mobile application links provide the details of the system user’s cellphone. The device code and the device name. 

• Select Account profile

• Click System users

• Select Manage mobile app links

• Click on the pencil icon to the left of the user that you wish to view.

The details you will be able to view are as per below:

• Device code: This would reflect the name and make of the users’ cellphone

• Device name: This would reflect the make of the cellphone

• Linked: This would be ticked if the cellphone is linked to the mobile app

• Active: This would be ticked if the mobile is active and linked to the Netcash account
