Notifications

This Manage user notification allows you to view, activate and deactivate notifications that are being sent to you. You will be able to view and edit notifications for all services that you have active. The notifications are categorised by Email, SMS, App and Custom. Each service offers various notifications such as batch authorisation and batch deletion. 

Navigate Account profile> My space> Notifications

Click on the service you wish to view or edit the notifications for.

Select the relevant category from the drop-down menu:

Email: Notifications for the following services may be selected

• Account
• Payments
• Debit orders
• Pay Now
• Rewards and Rebates

SMS: Notifications for the following services may be selected

• Account
• Rewards and Rebates

App: In application notifications for the following services may be selected

• Account
• Payments
• Pay Now

Custom: Manage which messages are displayed on your Netcash account by ticking or unticking the boxes next to the relevant categories:
